Visibility Captain

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Visibility Captain to manage and execute in-store visibility and merchandising activities for our P&G product portfolio. The role involves ensuring effective brand presence, compliance with planograms, and flawless execution of visibility standards to drive sales growth and enhance consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visibility and merchandising standards for P&G products across assigned stores/outlets.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product display as per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales and trade marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
• Track and report on visibility execution, competitor activities, and market insights.
• Ensure availability of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) and maintain display hygiene.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and field sales teams.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to visibility standards.
• Support new product launches with effective visibility execution.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of retail visibility, merchandising, and trade marketing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple outlets and travel frequently.
• Eye for detail and strong execution mindset.
• Basic MS Office/Reporting skills.
