Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Noida. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring service quality across the assigned region. Key tasks include coordinating staff assignments, conducting performance evaluations, implementing security plans, and addressing client concerns. The Regional Manager will also be involved in briefing session and development of staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and striving for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Operational management skills including overseeing daily operations and evaluating staff performance
  • Client relationship management skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Regulatory compliance and security planning expertise
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in operational role in Noida
  • Experience in the security and facility management industry is an advantage
