We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Plan, develop, and implement effective paid advertising strategies across Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
    • Identify target audiences and optimize ads for maximum reach and conversion.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.

Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Budget Management

Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms to meet campaign goals.

Track spend and ensure campaigns remain within budget while meeting performance targets.

Ad Creation & Testing

Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.

Platform Expertise

Stay up-to-date on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in digital advertising.

Leverage advanced techniques such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and dynamic ads where appropriate.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to align ad strategy with broader company objectives.

Present findings and suggestions for campaign enhancements in regular team meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.

Proven track record of achieving measurable results (e.g., increased conversions, reduced CPA).

Technical Skills

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.
