Role - Trainer in FCs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate CRTs & OJTs during induction for on-rolls/off-rolls
  • Conduct floor walks for new hires (1:30 ratio)
  • Deliver RCAs, refresher trainings & track 030 day performance
  • Partner with Ops on process streamlining & business improvement initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end shift activities, including deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement for mature staff (60+ days)
  • Participate in trainer certifications and maintain SME knowledge
  • Provide performance insights through data analysis

Must-Have:

  • 1–3 yrs in facilitation, content development & instructional design
  • Strong communication, MS Office & LMS (e.g., Absorb) skills
  • Ability to analyze data & trends
  • Flexible for all shifts, OT, and high-pressure environments
  • Strong stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • 1+ yrs in warehouse operations/training (preferably in large FCs)
