Company Description

HASS INNOVATIVE HANDLING SOLUTIONS specializes in the design and manufacturing of overhead traveling cranes (EOT) and electric wire rope hoists according to client requirements. Our product range includes double girder cranes, single girder cranes, under slung cranes, goliath cranes, jib cranes, monorails with electric wire rope hoists, transfer trolleys, and goods lifts. Based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, our manufacturing facility benefits from 20 years of experience in the material handling field since our establishment in 2022.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Design Engineer. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical and electrical components for material handling equipment. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design specifications, conducting analysis and simulations, collaborating with the manufacturing team, and ensuring that all designs adhere to industry standards and client requirements. Additional responsibilities include performing product testing, troubleshooting design issues, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Skills in Product Design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the Material Handling Equipment industry is a plus
