Job Description
Will be supporting the clients International Region Technology lead primarily in consolidating information on applications in scope for Russia business and ensuring reporting and record keeping on ongoing basis based on internal company and external regulatory requirements in coordination with various functions at Global, Regional and Country level
-Maintaining the application master list for Russia with necessary information on Global as well as local applications in scope
-Coordinating with global domains and SMO on mainitaining upto date information on application scope, dispositions, changes to scope etc
-Tracking progress of application migration projects and creating a program dashboard to monitor status of projects in scope
-Setting up ongoing engagements with Orbit global domain teams and Russia counterparts to align on project scope and local resourcing needs
-Setting up appropriate reporting dashboards and preparing outputs for reporting purposes such as excel and powerpoint files to various groups of stakeholders internally
-Liasioning with compliance/ legal departments to set up reports for external authorities e.g. Swiss, Russian and other regulatory bodies
-Developing and mainitaining a risk log for applications in scope of this program
-Setting up and coordinating and attending various 1-1 and one to many working meetings on application program management, taking meeting minutes and sharing updates to meeting attendees while tracking action items and progress status
-Coordinating with functions such as procurement to track business continuity risks from external vendors, service providers or other 3rd party entities supporting Russia application portfolio
-Coordination of ad-hoc topics or escalated risks emanating from changes in regulatory environment

• Customer satisfaction
• Critical services are delivered within agreed service level agreements and adhere to Sandoz technology quality standards.
• Successful delivery of major initiatives in scope of given geography
• Customer and internal technology KPIs are met
• Service resolution insights are analyzed, and outcomes shared; continual improvement of technology services and rationalization of system landscape.
Requirements Ideal Background (State the preferred education and experience level)
Education (minimum/desirable): University degree or various degrees in science and/or business preferred.
Languages: Fluent English written and spoken, local Russian language skills is nice to have
Experience: • Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience with broad range of exposure to various technology domains and business segments
• Ability to understand global and local business strategic direction and requirements in a multi-country, multi-cultural and matrix environment
• Relevant experiences in life science industry
• Experience in project management and Agile product delivery desired
