Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Team Leader Academic Counselor International to join our dynamic team in Delhi, New Delhi. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, international sales, and educational technology sales. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in driving the international admissions and sales efforts of our company. Qualifications and Skills Experience in team handling with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively to achieve collective goals (Mandatory skill). Proven track record in international sales, with the ability to understand and navigate global markets (Mandatory skill). Experience in edtech sales, with a deep understanding of the education technology industry and trends (Mandatory skill). Strong knowledge of international admissions, including understanding global education systems and application processes. Expertise in inside sales, with the ability to convert inbound leads into successful sales opportunities. Proficiency in outbound sales, with a strategic approach to identify and engage potential clients and partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members. Adept at problem-solving with a focus on developing innovative solutions to overcome challenges in sales and team management. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of academic counselors to achieve international sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales pipelines and reach international admissions goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective sales strategies for the edtech market. Identify potential international clients and partners to establish new business opportunities and expand market presence. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and support throughout the admissions and sales process. Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities to staff. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge in the education technology sector. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, team efficiency, and market analysis to senior management.
