Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for an Assistant Manager - Employer Branding located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for enhancing the company's employer brand by developing and executing employer branding strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging content, managing social media channels, organizing and participating in recruitment events, collaborating with the marketing and HR teams, measuring campaign effectiveness, and continuously improving the employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.

  • Experience in Marketing and Sales
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
