We are a first of a kind platform that enables donors to directly donate products to NGOs/Charities online instead of money.In the last 7+ years, we were able to create 7000+ campaigns, raise over 250 Cr+ worth of Donations to support over 2800+ charities. Over 9,00,000+ unique donors used our platform to channelize donations to charities of their choice.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Management:Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assigning tasks, collecting feedback, and updating the recruitment status.Manage consultancy relationships and agreements.Prepare and extend offer letters and draft employee agreements.Administrative Tasks:Supervise asset procurement and management.Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.Handle couriers, daily allowances, visitor passes, and ID cards.Manage and process invoices related to administrative expenses.Onboarding:Conduct introductory sessions for new hires.Create email IDs and provide access to necessary software.Set up accounts in HRMS software and assist with the creation of
