Role : ServiceNow Location: Mumbai Experience:7-10 Yrs Interview Mode : virtual Work mode : Hybrid Job type: C2H Immediate Joiner's +15 Day's JOB DESCRIPTION : having good experience on implementation and maintenance projects. · Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application. · Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills. · Willingness to stretch beyond office hours in case of priority issues. · Should have learning ability for new technologies · Have been part of implementation projects or handling L2 (Priority 2) or L3 (Priority 1) support Title Service Now Developer Responsibilities Implementation Process: · Responsible for the Functional technical specification and implementation of the Service Now Requirements · Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of Service Now · Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests · Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design. Support Process: · Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to other team members. · Analyzing the ticket and provide solution · Resolving the issue within SLA · Unit testing the bug fix and movement to production Requirements Mandatory · Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system · Experience with Service Now client and server-side Javascript and the Service Now APIs. · Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications. · Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly. · Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes. · Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools · Create and manage scripts and workflow. Desirable · Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations. · Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications Education a. BE, MBA
