Job Overview
Company is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of technology experience and a minimum of 2 years working with Golang. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing solutions, providing technical leadership, and mentoring other engineers in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications using Golang and other relevant technologies. Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical leader and mentor for junior engineers. Guide the team in architecture and design decisions to achieve high-performance blockchain solutions.
Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure robust testing and reliability.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and customer support, to ensure product success. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: Drive innovation in blockchain technology by exploring new approaches and solving complex technical challenges. Lead efforts to improve system performance and scalability.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for blockchain projects, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including training and development activities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in blockchain technology.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of technology experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Golang development. Proven background in software engineering and system design, preferably in blockchain technology.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Golang and familiarity with blockchain frameworks, smart contracts, and distributed systems. Knowledge of (list other relevant technologies or frameworks).
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, including mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, especially in blockchain environments.
Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
