JobResponsibilities:

• Identify costeffective logistics partners and negotiate contracts andrates
• Evaluate courier partner performance onperiodic basis and take a call whether to continue ornot
• Route planning / process setup to ensuretimely delivery of shipments (multiple modes : Courier partnersBikers Third Party options like Porteretc)
• Responsible to drive internal processesand bring further improvements in the department Eg. Setup aseamless way to receive and process pickup / drop requests frominternal operations to / from Vendors andCustomers
• Respond to any issues or complaintsinternally and externally as per the decidedTAT
• Analyse and manageRTO
• To follow rules and regulations establishedunder Information security standard operating procedures(IS SOP)and report any information security incident/event/weakness to ITdepartment

Educationand Skillsets:

• Graduate from anyfield
• Must have experience in working with anEcommerce company
• 3 yrs of experience handlingLogistics especially couriers
• Should havecomplete knowledge of routes courier company workflows crediblecontacts with leading courier companies
• Techsavvy with good knowledge of any Excel and comfortable usingwebsite admin panels Software Knowledge RemoteCoordination
• Should be extremelycustomercentric ensuring prompt response to queries and great attask management.
• Extremely good communicationskills and we well as team managementskills
• Should have knowledge about possibleautomation solutions with courierpartners
