Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation Global Operational Risk Framework
Regular monitoring of controls in relation to the key risks and validate the effectiveness of the control
Work with clients Risk Team to coordinate the resolution of any findings identified by Internal Audits, Regulatory reviews, Monthly Business reviews, etc.
Assist in identifying common findings across and work with respective stakeholders for a global solution
Sharing of best practices with other Countries / Regions to avoid recurrence
Identify potential deviations from policies and follow up on them before deadlines
Supports the audit process, liaising with internal and external audit
To work with various segments within the account towards effective understanding & management / closure of various risks having specific relevance to client: Bribery risk; Vendor risk management in H&S, FM & CF aspects and S & F risk (Physical security Risk, Contingency Risk, BIRO, Fraud Risk etc).
Ensure completion of the annual Internal Control Monitoring Plan, providing support communication, training, assistance and oversight as necessary
Assist in Identifying top risk control gaps and provide feedback to the Account / Country Management
Ensure action plans for improvement are in place for “less than effective” control monitoring
Desired experience
8+ years of experience in risk, governance and compliance
Knowledge on Risk Management, Fraud risks, Contractual risk, operational risk management, Service Delivery, Quality Control and Business Continuity Planning
Strong stakeholder management experience
