Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled SAP REFX Consultant with expertise in Real Estate Flexible (REFX) solutions to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP REFX implementations, configuration, and support, with a focus on integrating real estate management processes into SAP systems.

As an SAP REFX Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver tailored solutions to meet real estate management requirements while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP REFX Implementation & Support :

- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP REFX solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP REFX-related issues.

Solution Design :

- Analyze business requirements for real estate management and propose effective SAP REFX solutions.

- Design and configure SAP REFX functionalities such as contract management, leasing, rental agreements, and asset management.

Integration Management :

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP REFX with other modules such as SAP FI/CO, PS, PM, and SD.

- Support data migration and ensure accuracy in master data for real estate properties.

Process Optimization :

- Identify areas for process improvement within real estate operations and recommend SAP-based solutions.

- Implement automation for reporting, lease accounting, and compliance processes.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Prepare detailed project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.

- Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with internal teams, end-users, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective adoption of SAP REFX functionalities.

Required Technical Skills :

Core Expertise :

- Solid understanding of SAP REFX functionalities such as contract management, property valuation, and lease accounting (IFRS 16 compliance).

- Experience with master data setup, including properties, business partners, and real estate objects.

Integration Knowledge :

- Familiarity with integration points between SAP REFX and other modules like FI/CO, PS, PM, and SD.

Configuration & Customization :

- Proficiency in SAP REFX configuration, including condition types, term adjustments, and lease-in/lease-out processes.

Tools & Reporting :

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to real estate management.

- Experience in using SAP BI/BW or other reporting tools to generate analytics and insights.

Technical Understanding :

- Basic knowledge of ABAP for debugging purposes (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Soft Skills :

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset to assess complex requirements and propose effective solutions.

- Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy in configurations and reporting.

- Adaptability : Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.

- SAP REFX certification is highly desirable.
