Based in Coimbatore, we’re expanding our outreach and digital presence — and we’re offering a creative, hands-on opportunity to join our growing team. ℹ️ About this role This is a role for freshers - Shout out to all the creators that are beginning their journey We send out digital communication regularly and as part of our Outreach & Marketing team, we have an opening for a graphic & web designer who will be in-charge of designing layout and appearance of our websites, social-media posts and for all communication like brochures, catalogues, etc., that we send out in bulk by Whatsapp and in print form. Equal consideration will be given to all matching applicants without gender bias. ???? Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore ???? Type: Full-time, In-house ???? Salary: ₹20,000 - 27,500(based on experience & performance)???? Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design for Social Media Thumbnails & graphic design for all video content Create attractive flyers, brochures, catalogues and informative materials optimised for Whats App, social media, email and exhibitions Adapt existing templates and designs to multiple languages(translation support will be provided) Collaborate with the Outreach and Marketing team to understand content audience and create visuals accordingly Maintain a design library of templates for easy reuse 2. Website Creation & Maintenance Wireframe(prototype the layout) and build two simple websites to replace our old websites - you will be given time to learn and build with guidance and the team to brainstorm with Build the websites using Wix, Word Press, or Squarespace ’s drag & drop website builder(no coding required for our sites) Update the websites regularly with necessary information and keep the site fresh in design Coordinate with content writers/marketing team to upload text, images, and product details 3. Collaboration & Content Support Work closely with the marketing team to make suitable graphic elements Learn and apply best practices in design including using AI Stay updated with basic design trends for digital communication ???? What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or in a related tech based background (preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio) Knowledge of basic wireframing tools and practices would be a plus, or the interest to learn it on the job will be encouraged too Basic understanding of UI/UX and why it matters or demonstrable interest in experimenting with layouts Familiarity with drag-and-drop website builders (Wix, Word Press, Squarespace, etc.) Basic proficiency in design software such as Figma - Design/Slides/Draw, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel DRAW, or similar tools Basic photo and video-editing skill or interest would be a plus Comfort with working in English and Tamil. Familiarity with one or more regional languages (Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam) is a bonus Strong eye for aesthetics, colour, and layout design Basic understanding of digital marketing formats (Whats App, social media posts, email-friendly content) Why Work With Us?
