Job description :We are a UK-based property management company known for delivering efficient and high-quality services within the real estate industry. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Non-Voice Agent to join our back-end administration team. He/she will be responsible for handling various administrative and support tasks that are critical to the day-to-day functioning of our property management operations. This is a non-voice, back-end role suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, and has excellent written communication skills.Key Responsibilities :Draft and send Market Appraisal LettersSend Agency/Instruction Agreements via DocusignShare and manage client onboarding formsSupport compliance-related tasks and documentationPrepare and send invoices using Xero accounting softwareCreate professional property brochuresFollow up on emails, payments, and signed documentsApprove listings to go live on property portalsExecute property mail-out campaignsDraft basic leases and ancillary documents using templatesAssist with basic social media activities (posting/scheduling)Lead Generation including - Mail Out Campaigns, Canvassing, Site finding and client findingManaging WhatsApp GroupBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offProvident FundHealth InsurancePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
