This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Store Manager at ThePetNest located in Trivandrum. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent service to customers, managing inventory, and coordinating with the team.
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in store management
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the pet care industry is a plus
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
