Position: Depot Incharge

Experience Required: 3-5 years in Paints Depot operations with hands-on SAP experience.

About the Role:

Astral Adhesives is looking for a proactive and responsible Depot Incharge for its Jaipur depot. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day depot operations including inward/outward material movement, inventory handling, and SAP-based documentation. Prior experience with SAP T-codes related to stock movement and billing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Management:

• Supervise receipt of goods and verify them against invoices/challans.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods to distributors/customers as per order schedules.
• Monitor truck loading/unloading and verify quantity and quality of goods.

Inventory & Data Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform periodic stock reconciliations.
• Post all material movements (GRNs, issues, returns) in SAP using appropriate T-codes.
• Ensure stock availability aligns with dispatch plans.

SAP & Documentation:

• Manage SAP transactions for inward, outward, billing, and inventory updates.
• Ensure timely entry of goods receipts, delivery notes, and dispatch documents.
• Generate and maintain reports from SAP for daily operations and audits.

Depot Administration:

• Maintain depot hygiene, safety, and security standards.
• Coordinate with HO, transporters, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare MIS reports, and maintain records related to depot activities.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM/SD modules and T-codes
• Experience in depot/store operations and inventory handling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce
• 3-5 years of experience in depot/warehouse operations with SAP
• Experience in adhesives, chemicals, or FMCG industry preferred
