Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns to achieve outstanding results.Design data-driven strategies to target, engage, and convert audiences effectively.Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet client objectives and maximize ROI.Stay on top of Facebook Ads trends and evolving strategies to maintain a competitive edge.What We’re Looking For:

At least

3 years of experience

managing Facebook Ads campaigns with proven success.Expertise in

Facebook Ads Manager , audience targeting, and campaign optimization.Strong understanding of

digital marketing trends

and best practices.Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize ads and budget allocation for maximum ROI.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bonus:

Basic English proficiency
