Job Description :


Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of AI/ML professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.

- Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy aligned with business objectives and technological advancements.

- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into products, services, and business processes.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and algorithms.

- Ensure robust data governance, quality, and security practices across AI/ML initiatives.

- Provide strategic guidance on AI/ML infrastructure, tooling, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the AI/ML team and across the organization.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and best practices in AI/ML and recommend adoption where appropriate.

- Communicate AI/ML initiatives, progress, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Master's or Ph.D.in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proven leadership experience in AI/ML roles, with a track record of successfully leading and scaling AI/ML teams.

- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies.

- Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for AI/ML initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change effectively.
