We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis Representative I to join our Investment Management team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Performs and supports completion of accounting activities for multiple legal entities, lines of business, countries, regions, or accounting processes. 
  • Supports research and analysis related to financial performance and critical financial accounting issues.
  • Supports AUM activities such as client invoices, reviewing fee schedules, set- up accounts, AUM related reports, revenue calculation etc  
  • Complete special and ad hoc projects, as needed.
  • Assists with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial and accounting reports and statements.
  • May interact with those at a senior level to obtain feedback on issues or improvements and comparative analytics.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred; experience in brokerage/banking/asset management preferred
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in time sensitive and pressured environment.
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups etc)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
