Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts & preferably in the advertising or media industry.


Qualification: Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


Who We Are Looking For

A candidate who has expertise in handling accounting software Microsoft dynamics, GST & TDS compliances.

Independently handling Indian payroll management, verification & finalization with vendor support along with handling employee queries.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
  • Oversee Indian payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and payroll laws in India.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting and payroll practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.
  • Handle GST and TDS compliances, including timely filing of returns and payments.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications, especially Excel, PPT.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and contribute to the overall success of the organization
