Job DescriptionAre you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Flow Interio
is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage Flow Interio ’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.
objectives of rolePlan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Flow Interio , including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social mediaEstablish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute contentWork with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Flow Interio ’s digital presenceMaintain consistent brand messaging across all social channelsIdentify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experienceCreate and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage content for Flow Interio social media, emails, and other forms of digital communicationResearch, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaignsPrepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIsCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniquesDevelop and monitor campaign budgetsStay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Flow Interio ’s marketing campaigns
skills and qualificationSocial media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trendsStrong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practicesAbility to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trendsStrong project management and managerial skills
Preferred qualificationsIn-depth knowledge of current digital trendsExperience in digital marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in photo and video editing softwareExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchUnderstanding of website analytics tools, such as Google AnalyticsAnalytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
