Visual Graphics Specialist

Job Title : Visual Graphics Specialist - Slide Formatting and Template Creation

Location : Remote/On-Site

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Graphics Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience working at top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating visually engaging and impactful slides, templates, and other visual materials that effectively communicate complex data and concepts.

Responsibilities :

- Design and format slides, charts, and graphics for presentations and reports

- Develop and maintain visual templates for use across presentations and documents

- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design standards

- Collaborate with consultants and project teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate visual materials

- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in visual design and data visualization

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in visual design and data visualization

Requirements :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Visual Graphics Specialist or similar role at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Excellent visual design skills, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
