Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to meet targets and ensure high performance.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
  • Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in (relevant industry).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
