Responsibilities
Work with Business, Engineering (Dev) & other teams to understand the CHUBB IT Landscape To understand complete IPA domain / business knowledge Work with Infrastructure and Engineering team to understand the process To build IPA automation Framework. Support and manage performance testing. Come up with the industry standard best practices to be followed for testing To ensure bug free application delivery to production Responsible for designing and implementing Automated System, Performance and other types of testing across IPA program Should have knowledge on performance bench marks & Metrics Build a team of Automation QA EngineersRequirements
Have to be a QA practitioner with solid experience of handling teams and work well with various teams in a matrix organization Should have hands on Automation QA experience Should be able to articulate the importance of QA to business, Development team and Leadership team Should have solid experience of leading QA team from the scratch and been successful in delivering high quality deliverables from QA side Should have experience or good knowledge of automation of test tools like Selenium, QTP, Cucumber Should know the importance of Automation, when to automate and think through the importance of performance testing and its impact to the deliverables of QA Good to have experience or knowledge of Selenium, Java, Python and RPA tools like workfusion, Soroco, UI Path etc..8+ years of Experience
