Have a voice at our table to help design, build, and operate the next generation of data and analytics solutions as an Associate.Job Requirements :Preferred Knowledge & SkillsAs a Senior Associate in Oracle Integration and API Engineering, you will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and API management platforms such as Apigee. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity across systems and applications. This role combines hands-on integration development with technical leadership responsibilities and mentoring of junior associates.Integration Architecture & Development:- Design and implement integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite components (BPEL, Mediator, Human Workflow, Business Rules)- Develop and configure services in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) for routing, transformation, and Protocol mediation- Build reusable service components and frameworks to support Enterprise integration patterns (EIP)- Ensure proper service orchestration, error handling, and transaction management across systemsAPI Management & Gateway Platforms- Design, develop, and manage REST and SOAP APIs using Apigee or similar API management platforms- Implement API policies for security, throttling, caching, logging, and analytics- Collaborate with stakeholders to define API lifecycle management, versioning, and governance strategies- Enable secure connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems using modern API gateway practicesIntegration Performance & Optimization- Analyze and optimize integration workflows for throughput, latency, and reliability- Implement asynchronous messaging and queuing mechanisms (JMS, MQ, Kafka) for high-volume integrations- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, deployment issues, and configuration problems in Oracle SOA Suite and OSB- Conduct performance tuning and implement monitoring for end-to-end integration visibilityCloud & Hybrid Integration- Integrate on-premises systems with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP) using hybrid connectivity patterns- Design and develop integrations between SaaS applications such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Salesforce, and ServiceNow- Leverage API gateways and integration runtimes to enable secure hybrid connectivity- Migrate legacy integrations to cloud-native architectures ensuring scalability and maintainabilitySecurity, Compliance & Governance- Implement API security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mutual TLS for secure communication- Manage authentication, authorization, and access control policies across integration platforms- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, data privacy regulations, and audit standards- Collaborate with security teams to conduct vulnerability assessments and code reviewsAutomation, CI/CD & DevOps Integration- Automate integration build, deploy, and test processes using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions- Manage source code repositories (Git) and enforce versioning, branching, and release management practices- Integrate automated testing frameworks and quality gates for continuous integration and delivery- Collaborate with DevOps teams to standardize deployment pipelines for Oracle middleware environmentsMonitoring, Support & Maintenance- Configure and manage monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Splunk, or ELK for SOA and OSB environments- Develop dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection and service health tracking- Provide Level 3 support for production integration incidents and perform root cause analysis- Maintain documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks for ongoing support and operationsAgile Delivery & Collaboration- Work closely with architects, functional teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and architecture review sessions- Review peer code, promote reusability, and drive adherence to integration best practices- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement within agile squadsSoft Skills & Leadership Readiness- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills for complex integration landscapes- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional and client teams- Ability to lead small teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality and compliance- Ownership mindset with focus on delivery excellence, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
