Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and provide end-to-end solutions.
Create Solution Architecture Documents, High-Level and Low-Level Design documents, and define Non-functional requirements.
Independently handle solution aspects including Integration, DevSecOps, and Security tools.
Lead performance improvements and enhance delivery outcomes.
Manage solution deployment, operational performance, and observability tools coordination.
Provide estimates, break implementation into phases, and work on WBS.
Collaborate with customer teams to strengthen experience.
Mentor and train team members for smoother execution and contribute to internal initiatives.
Ensure quality deliverables with continuous improvement.
Skill, Experience:
15+ years in defining solution architecture for enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, monolithic and microservices architecture, ESBs, Spring Boot, Angular, and DevSecOps.
Experience with API Gateway, API Integration, Database Operations, Messaging, Transaction Management, Hibernate, Containers, Kubernetes, and RDBMS.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns and OOPs design methodologies.
Familiarity with Webservices Security using SSO, integrating with Identity providers, LDAP, and ADFS.
Ability to create technical artefacts (e.g., Solution Design Documents, User Stories) using Visio or UML tools.
Familiar with infrastructure, data, operations, enterprise architecture, and info security support.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is beneficial.
Soft Skills:
Proven ability to deliver results effectively.
Operate independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Lead change and be vocal about activities.
Upgrade or impact training for associates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
An added advantage includes experience with IBM WAS, API Connect, IBM Queue, IIB, Kony, Oracle, and BFSI domain.
