Business Execution Associate Manager

Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the businessEnsure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations that are routine and arise within the operations of the work groupIdentify Business Execution opportunities and provide guidance on strategies, operations, and financial management for the purpose of process improvementMitigate risk development within the operations of work groups and functional areasMake day to day supervisory decisions and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleaguesLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements for the business groupCollaborate and consult with immediate Business Execution colleagues and management while recommending strategies to implement changes and improvementsInteract directly with external parties to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and ExecutionManage allocation of people and financial resources for smooth functioning of business operationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years leadership experienceRequired Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

Directly manage teams comprising S4,P1,P2 & P3Plan, execute and be responsible for people, process and other business goalsMay interact and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WF US and EGSDecisions made at this level are critical and have potential impact towards the EGS & WF overall financial positionFlexibility to work in shifts& Open for lateral opportunities as per the business requirementsTake a lead role in developing and implementing best practicesIncrease effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structuresDevelop metrics to measure growth and performance of the departmentInterface with India and stateside managers on production, quality and security & risk guidelinesConduct performance reviewsInterpret complex data and create Business MISFocus on continuous improvementSecondary (what s/he does 20% of the time)
Assistance on any TransitionsMay lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementationSupport in process expansion, staffing and new hire trainingDesired QualificationsUnique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
