About This Role
• We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to help develop and oversee all recruiting operations in our India location. This position is responsible for managing our Indian recruiting team to ensure we are hitting deliverables with various customers all over the world. In addition to hitting deliverables, success in this role means developing a positive office culture and ensuring each new team member lives out our companies Shared Values.
Training
• Must be willing and able to work out of our Atlanta Headquarters for 3-6 months. We will use that time to give hands-on experience and training to prepare for standing up a recruiting team in India. We will provide corporate housing and you will receive normal compensation during your time in Atlanta.
Must Haves
• 2+ years of Recruiting Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with proven success.
• Well versed in IT, health, business operations, and engineering industries.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word).
• Experience with developing and managing recruiters with a proven track record of success.
• Experience recruiting in the US and internationally.
• Experience using job boards or other recruiting platforms like or like Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and/or Career Builder.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones.
Nice to Have
• Previous staffing agency experience.
• Advanced computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word).
• In-depth knowledge of IT skillsets and functions.
