Roles and responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement custom Salesforce applications.
  • Develop high-quality code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Salesforce platform.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience developing Salesforce applications, with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns, web services, and API development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
