This individual will collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to craft high-quality articles, research backed thought leadership, and technical documentation that aligns with Qentelli’s goals.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:- Develop engaging, well-researched technical articles, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and leadership write-ups.- Create thought-leadership content that highlights Qentelli’s innovative solutions and expertise in technology, digital transformation, and industry trends.- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and audiencefriendly content tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Leadership Content:- Collaborate with Qentelli’s leadership team to write profiles, interviews, and narratives that showcase their vision, expertise, and accomplishments.- Support leadership with external communications, including panel discussion write-ups, conference preparation, and industry-focused publications.Research:- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry innovations to support content creation.- Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to ensure accuracy and relevance in technical content.Business Analysis Support:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical documentation, presentations, and knowledge repositories.- Create and maintain internal content such as process documents, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases.Collaboration:- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align technical content with Qentelli’s brand messaging and objectives.- Partner with HR and employer branding teams to create recruitment campaign content and other branding materials.Required QualificationsExperience:- 4-8 years of professional experience in technical content writing, technical documentation, or business analysis roles.- Previous experience in IT/Technology, Digital Transformation, or Software Engineering companies preferred.Writing Skills:- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.- Strong portfolio of published technical articles, whitepapers, or leadership content.Soft Skills:- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and leadership.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in writing for leadership or C-suite executives.• Understanding of marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and social mediaengagement.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Qentelli?• Be part of a forward-thinking company driving digital transformation.• Opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and contribute to thoughtleadership initiatives.• Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative work environment.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
