The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of HR experience, specifically in a senior capacity. The role involves managing various HR functions to support our plant operations, driving strategic initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance. This position is located at our Mumbai headquarters. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in HRIS systems management to ensure accuracy in employee records and data security. Strong background in labor relations, with the capability to manage and negotiate effectively with unions. Expertise in fostering employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and performance. Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent that aligns with company values. Experience in administering benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings for employees. Capable of designing and implementing performance management systems that drive accountability and growth. Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques, adept at addressing and mitigating workplace disputes professionally. In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and regulations to maintain legal standards across all HR practices. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR team to implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of Illusion Dental Laboratory. Develop and oversee comprehensive recruitment plans to attract and retain qualified candidates. Coordinate and ensure smooth implementation of employee onboarding and training programs. Manage employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Supervise benefits administration, ensuring employee understanding and engagement with the offerings. Handle employee performance evaluations, ensuring fair and effective feedback processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks of non-compliance in HR processes.
