Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate is a generalist developer, ready to tackle any task with autonomy and creativity, and who has a proven track record of building mobile apps from the ground up. You will be responsible for working on cutting-edge projects and bringing new products to life in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of mobile applications from concept to deployment, using Flutter as the primary technology stack.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, working independently to deliver high-quality code and solutions.
- Build with the end-user in mind, ensuring that the final product provides an excellent user experience and meets business goals.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies or project requirements, even in unfamiliar territory.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following best practices for mobile development.
- Take ownership of the feedback loop by iterating quickly on changes and improvements.
- Constantly push the boundaries of what Flutter can do to build feature-rich, responsive, and scalable applications.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps built from scratch. (Internships not included).
- Deep understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and experience with building apps for both iOS and Android.
- Prior experience working in a startup environment or on projects in the Zero-to-One phase is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of entire tasks and projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Provide live examples of your work (e.g., hosted links for web apps, Play Store links, Google Drive links, or YouTube demos for mobile apps).
- Strong focus on building products that solve real-world problems and enhance user experience.
