Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory to ensure seamless collaboration and communication across the organization.
  • Implement and manage Office 365 tenant services, focusing on optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Manage Active Directory, including setup, group policies, user accounts, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems security measures, including managing Microsoft Entra for advanced identity and access management.
  • Formulate and enforce security policies in line with organizational needs and compliance requirements to protect information assets.
  • Work closely with IT team members to enhance system security, participating actively in the development of security standards and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
  • Document systems configurations, updates, and processes, maintaining detailed records of IT infrastructure changes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and security threats, recommending improvements to systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in systems administration, with a strong emphasis on managing Microsoft 365 services and systems security.
  • Expertise in administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory and experience with Microsoft Entra for identity and access management.
  • Entra ID MFA solutions operations and troubleshooting.
  • Entra ID CA Sign-in logs analysis and troubleshooting experience.
  • Entra ID Conditional Access policies operations and troubleshooting .
  • Entra ID MFA reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in network infrastructure and system security tools, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently without an IT team, taking full responsibility for the IT infrastructure and making critical decisions on systems and security with minimal guidance.
  • Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of initiating projects, driving improvements, and managing all aspects of IT operations without direct supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards, demonstrating a strong understanding of information security management principles.
