Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accent Trainer with over 5 years of expertise in grooming and training professionals in voice and accent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training Telecom, Customer Care, Technical Support, BPO, or KPO executives. Excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of voice and accent modification techniques are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
Conduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessions for executives in Telecom, Customer Care, Technical Support, BPO, and KPO sectors.
Develop customized training modules to enhance pronunciation, intonation, stress patterns, and overall speech clarity.
2.Training Design and Development:
Design and develop effective training programs and materials that cater to the specific needs of the organization and trainees.
Continuously update training content to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
Assessment and Feedback:
Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to measure trainees' progress.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help trainees improve their communication skills and meet performance benchmarks.
4.Monitoring and Evaluation:
Track the effectiveness of training programs through regular evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Implement necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5.Mentorship and Support:
Mentor and support trainees throughout their learning journey, offering guidance and motivation to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
6.Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with other trainers, team leaders, and managers to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans.
Prepare detailed reports on training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in voice and accent training, with a proven track record of training Telecom, Customer Care, Technical Support, BPO, or KPO executives.
Certification in voice and accent training or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
Training Expertise: In-depth knowledge of voice modulation, phonetics, and accent neutralization techniques.
Adaptability: Ability to tailor training approaches to meet the diverse needs of trainees.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess trainee performance and provide targeted feedback for improvement.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
Proficiency in Technology: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, training software, and digital tools for training delivery and assessment.
Work Environment:
This role may require travel to various company locations or client sites for training sessions.
The position may involve flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones or shifts, depending on the needs of the trainees.
