Job Title: Senior Certified Financial Planner


Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India


Roles & Responsibility:


  •   Engage with customers to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  •   Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to analyze clients' current financial status and develop personalized financial plans.
  •   Collaborate with customers to set short-term and long-term financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  •   Provide expert advice on investment options, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
  •   Educate clients on financial concepts, investment products, and market trends to enable informed decision-making.
  •   Monitor clients' investment portfolios and recommend adjustments based on changes in their financial circumstances or market conditions.
  •   Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' financial plans and enhance their wealth accumulation strategies.
  •   Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and financial planning needs.
  •   Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and best practices in financial planning to ensure compliance and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform features, user experience, and service offerings.
  •   Utilize product and management experience to drive the development and implementation of financial planning tools and services, ensuring they meet client needs and improve overall efficiency.
  •   Apply entrepreneurial skills to innovate and grow the financial planning practice, identifying new business opportunities and driving initiatives to expand the client base.


Qualifications:


  •   Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
  •   Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred.
  •   Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory roles.
  •   Strong understanding of financial principles, investment products, and tax regulations.
  •   Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  •   Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
  •   Analytical mindset with the ability to perform financial analysis and develop strategic recommendations.
  •   Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  •   Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  •   Product and management experience along with entrepreneurial skills to drive business growth and innovation.
