Summary:
Designation: Director Digital Strategy
Experience: 8+ years

The purpose of this role is to partner with communications planning teams and clients to create strategic outputs including insight generation, cultural narrative, media briefs, creative media solutions and go-to market activations.
Core Strategy:
Develop comprehensive and innovative integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
Lead the strategy process, including conducting market research, audience insights, Category deep dive and customer journey mapping.
Ensure strategic recommendations are data-driven and insights-led, integrating inputs from various disciplines such as media planning, creative, digital, and analytics.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by delivering strategic insights, thought leadership, and proactive recommendations.
Collaborate closely with account management and planning teams to identify opportunities for growth and drive client satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration and alignment across internal teams, including media planning, creative, digital, analytics, and account management, to ensure integrated strategies are executed effectively.
Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication, knowledge sharing, and the seamless integration of services.
Champion a culture of cross-disciplinary teamwork and innovation within the agency.
Campaign Development:
Ensure creative concepts and messaging are aligned with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences across various touchpoints.
Monitor campaign performance closely, leveraging data and analytics to optimize strategies in real-time and drive maximum ROI.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integrated marketing and media strategy.
Drive thought leadership initiatives within the agency, sharing insights, case studies, and innovative approaches with internal teams and clients.
Explore new opportunities for innovation and differentiation, proactively identifying areas where the agency can add value and stay ahead of the competition.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to a team of integrated strategy professionals, fostering their professional growth and development.
Establish clear goals and expectations for team members, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and individual career aspirations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support skill enhancement through training and development programs.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all integrated strategies meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Implement processes and protocols to review and approve strategic recommendations, ensuring they meet client expectations and agency standards.
Mitigate risks related to strategy development and execution, proactively addressing issues such as data privacy, brand safety, and regulatory compliance.
Business Development and Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with business development teams to develop tailored proposals and strategic recommendations that demonstrate the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
Play a key role in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives for the agency.
