Role - Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Measure performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
  • Optimize content for websites and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

Required Skills -

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
