The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting training sessions for staff and doctors, and ensuring a productive and compliant workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Plan and conduct induction, soft skills, compliance, and process training sessions for staff, doctors, and managerial teams.- Monitor employee performance and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, leave management, and other administrative documentation.- Drive employee engagement programs and performance appraisal systems.- Advise management on organizational structure, resource optimization, and HR initiatives.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory obligations, and healthcare regulations.Qualification/Skills:- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.- Proven ability to design and implement HR initiatives that improve workplace efficiency.- Skilled in conducting training sessions and performance reviews.What We Offer:· A leadership opportunity within a rapidly growing primary healthcare network.· A collaborative and supportive work culture focused on quality care, safety, and continuous improvement.· Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic healthcare environment.
