Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist and Store Manager come Optometrist in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting comprehensive eye exams, providing personalized fitting and adjustments, managing the retail store operations including sales and customer service, and overseeing the daily activities of the store. Other responsibilities include training and supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye exams and vision tests
  • Experience with personalized fitting and adjustments of eyewear
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Experience in retail store management and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field
  • Previous experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
