Website: & Responsibilities:

- Consult to determine Architectural preferences to meet overall design goals and to determine functional & spatial requirements.- Develop design from conceptualization through DD and CD stage- Create and modify design using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup.- Recommend adaptations & Modifications to complete working drawing sets.- Project Coordination with Team & Clients- Ensure the integrity/ quality of the models- Prepare Project Reports & Documents- Design across conceptual, schematic, design, development, and construction phases.- Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.- Knowledge of Lumion Rendering.- Should be perfect in design Interpretation, Evolve design from concept to execution stage- International Exposure: Middle East, India, APAC & NOAM- Experienced in Design & Execution of Airports/Commercial/ Retail Real estate projects preferred.
