This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it’s hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido. We are the no-bullsh*t security platform that developers actually like to use. One central platform that shows devs what matters and how to fix it, so they can get back to building. Why work with us? We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to kickstart our presence in India. You’ll be our first boots on the ground: prospecting, closing customers, and experimenting to find traction. Responsibilities Manage and close sales opportunities across India Prospect and run outbound campaigns Follow up on inbound leads Adapt our GTM playbook for India Build early customer relationships and local momentum Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams Senior AE with 5+ years of experience Proven track record selling SaaS or DevSecOps tools Tech-savvy and comfortable with developers Strong communicator in English (Hindi or regional languages are a plus) Self-starter, independent, hungry to make an impact Based in Bangalore What you can expect High-impact position in a fast-growing company Fast growth of responsibility A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details) Flexibility in working hours You will be recruited based on competencies.
