Pour sa Business Unit Pest Control , et afin d'accompagner sa croissance, nous recherchons un(e) :Technico-Commercial (F/H).


Vos missions :
Rattaché(e) au Chef Régional des Ventes, vous êtes en charge, sur votre secteur géographique, de la conquête de nouveaux clients par le biais d’une prospection active pour fournir des solutions Pest Control auprès d’ une clientèle B to B (artisans, commerçants, PME, industries, hôtellerie, restauration …).
Votre zone de prospection: Mulhouse et environs, départements 68-90-70
A ce titre, vous aurez pour missions de :
o    Prospecter de nouveaux clients sur le secteur
o    Identifier les besoins de nos clients et prospects afin de leur préconiser les solutions appropriées
o    Elaborer les devis (propositions techniques et tarifaires) dans le respect de la politique commerciale du groupe
o    Responsable de votre secteur, vous pilotez, en autonomie, votre activité dans le respect de notre politique commerciale et vous assurez un reporting quotidien via notre CRM.
Profil
De formation commerciale (type BTS/DUT), vous avez acquis une expérience réussie de 2 ans dans la vente de services B to B
- Orienté(e) résultats, dynamique, persuasif(ve), vous avez le goût de l’effort et du challenge,
- Animé(e) par le travail en équipe, vous savez également faire preuve d’autonomie,
- La satisfaction client est indispensable à vos yeux.
Informations contractuelles
- Un contrat à durée indéterminée.
- Une rémunération motivante à la hauteur de votre performance – 40 à 50k€ comprenant une part fixe, avec une part variable non plafonnée
Participation + intéressement + challenges commerciaux.

Requirements
