Key Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy and SEO Optimization:

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of innovative SEO techniques to elevate Indiassetz’s visibility.
  • Focus on high-impact keywords and trends relevant to wealth management and real estate to draw targeted traffic and improve online presence.


Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Direct the creation and curation of a varied content portfolio including blogs, infographics, and videos. Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aimed at resonating with our target audiences, particularly NRIs.
  • Maintain a 30-day backlog of finalized posts ready for deployment, ensuring a consistent and timely content flow.


Social Media and Community Management:

  • Oversee our social media strategy to drive significant growth in targeted follower engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Create dynamic social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and foster a robust online community. Ensure all communications reflect our brand’s ethos of intelligence, class, and wit, enhancing our market positioning.


Paid Advertising and Digital Campaign Management:

  • Craft and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Integrate sophisticated digital marketing and retargeting strategies to convert leads into clients. Collaborate with content creators and influencers to amplify our reach and engagement, seamlessly integrating these efforts into our broader marketing campaigns.


eCommerce Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development of an ecosystem for real estate brands on our platform, leveraging e-commerce experience to optimize online sales channels and customer conversion strategies.


Sales Funnel Optimization:

  • Enhance and integrate digital marketing efforts with a comprehensive sales funnel strategy. Design clear conversion paths from initial contact through to client acquisition, optimizing each stage for maximum efficiency and impact.


Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies, aiming for optimal performance and ROI.


Multichannel Marketing:

  • Expand our marketing strategies to include WhatsApp, email, and notification marketing.
  • Develop and manage campaigns across these channels to ensure a cohesive and integrated communication strategy that engages customers at multiple touchpoints.




Requirements:


  • Proven expertise and an impressive portfolio showcasing successful brand growth, particularly through digital campaign creation and e-commerce strategies.
  • Extensive experience managing social media platforms with a track record of significantly increasing targeted follower engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting and executing sales-driven digital marketing strategies with tangible results.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of interpreting complex data and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant leadership experience in digital marketing, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
