Key responsibilities

● Plan/Strategize/Develop and ExecutePrepare test plans and test cases, facilitate review of your test cases withleads/developers. Develop the ability to visualize end user scenarios and develop an eyefor detail. Execute test cases, use bug tracking systems to create and track your bug’slife cycle. As a reporter, streamline status updates and collaboration with developers toensure that issues are taken to closure within defined SLAs.

● Requirement AnalysisAs your team's quality assurance engineer you should ensure effective participation insprint grooming and planning meetings. You should understand the persona for whichyou are testing the user story, understand the value proposition for our customers, andask relevant questions to your product owner. Analyze the impact of your story on userjourneys, other functional modules and then your automation testing suites. Criticallyreview prototypes and visual designs. Raise questions on user experience, informationarchitecture and non-functional aspects. Define the complexity of your story in alignmentwith your squad developers and estimate your story by breaking QA tasks intomeasurable sub tasks.

● AutomationDevelop API automation test cases for the features delivered as part of the sprint usingCareStack API automation framework. Develop and execute performance test casesusing CareStack's preferred performance testing tool. Develop strong programming skillsto produce highly reusable and maintainable automation code. Knowledge inPlaywright

will be a plus.

● Process Definition/adherenceEnsure engineering gates are adhered to by developers/qa members in your teamFollow/ensure set processes while collaborating with DevOps/Platform/Regression team.Deviations should be highlighted in scrum meetings. Effective communication andcollaboration with Prod Support/Prod Management team and ensure strong adherenceto OLA set with these teams

● Have an insatiable itch to join and the courage to scale an early-stage technologycompany.● Have 2+ years of experience in ensuring quality of modern-day web platforms, usingmanual and automation techniques.● Have hands on experience in a fourth generation programming language like C# orJava.● Are proficient in data structures and algorithms, and object-oriented analysis and designof software systems.● Have an eye for detail, and an ability to visualize how applications are used by endusers.● Have used automated API testing frameworks or front end testing frameworks.
