We are currently looking for Back office (Night Shift) who are dynamic, skilled, and motivated to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Connect with potential and existing clients/customers, explain services, and maintain strong communication to achieve targets.
  • Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain client records, and manage files/documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct online research, compile reports, and prepare presentations as per client requirements.
  • Creative Support (Optional): Assist in designing presentations, flyers, and social media posts using Canva (not mandatory but preferred).
  • AI Tools Utilization: Use AI-based platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other automation tools for research, content drafting, and productivity tasks.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks with high accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BPO, customer service, or outbound calling roles (Required).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for creative tasks (advantage but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for research and task automation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US/International Time Zone).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
