Rates Regulatory Process

Job Responsibility

5-8 year+ experience in Trade support/Regulatory functions (booking trades, trade verification and reconciliations Has independently managed key deliveries/projects Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda. Solid understanding of OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class. Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls. Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable Develop and implement an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and Key Performance Indicators including trend analysis Production planning and workload balancing on a day-to-day basis Ability to run end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries is a plus

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

Quick learner with ability to manage and/or play a key role in managing the process and production on a day-to-day basis Numerical aptitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent inter-personal skills Self-starter and ability to work under limited supervision Organized and delivery focused with attention to detail Good time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
