Part-Time Job Opportunity: School Coordinator – Robotics Program Company DescriptionAt OLL, we are redefining education by creating a religion of practical learning that aims to have a billion daily active learners. Our educators teach over 20,000 kids daily across India, both offline and online in more than 8 countries. OLL offers hands-on instruction in over 100 skills, including AI, Robotics, Coding, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy. We produce "Skill Tank," a national TV show on CNBC TV18, where students present their business ideas.

The Skill Bharat Association, comprising school principals, revolutionizes skill development across India, hosting an annual award show named Skill Bharat Samman. Role OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and organized part-time School Coordinators to spearhead our Robotics program in nearby schools within their city. The coordinator will serve as the local ambassador for OLL, connecting with school authorities and supporting the successful launch and integration of our hands-on STEM programs. Key ResponsibilitiesActively reach out to schools to introduce OLL’s Robotics and STEM learning initiatives.

Organize and coordinate demonstrations, workshops, and interactive sessions for students, teachers, and parents. Facilitate the setup and smooth execution of Robotics labs and classes within partner schools. Support communication and ongoing relationships between OLL and school management. Track engagement and provide regular feedback to OLL on school progress, challenges, and success stories.

Participate in OLL-led training sessions and maintain high standards in representing the OLL brand. Report schedules, participation, and impact data for continuous improvement. RequirementsBachelor’s degree, ongoing education, or relevant experience in Education, STEM, or related fields. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Passion for STEM/Robotics education; willingness to learn and adapt. Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple schools or events part-time. Prior teaching or school coordination experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in local outreach.
