Sr Technical Program Manager, Seller Fulfillment Technology

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs and initiatives for Seller Fulfillment Technology (SFT). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment Key job responsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs from inception to deliveryDevelop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plansCoordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholdersIdentify and manage program risks, issues, and dependenciesFacilitate decision-making processes and remove obstacles to program successCommunicate program status, milestones, and key metrics to executive leadership and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologiesMentor junior program managers and contribute to the development of best practiceskey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred)Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Excellent project management skills, including risk management and resource allocationProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical programsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authorityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana)PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plusAbout the teamThe Seller Fulfillment Technology (SFT) organization at Amazon is a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to expanding and supporting Amazon's global seller community.
